The white wine Ventola Gavi DOCG, vintage 2020 from the winery La Bollina has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Cortese from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Brightest, brilliant golden yellow with silver reflections. Delicate aromas of lemongrass and lemon balm, also something tart of almond and wild thyme, then fine cedar. Spreads comfortably over the palate, then fine creaminess permeated by crisp acidity, with buttercream and lemon zest, minimally bitter on the finish.
