Tasting Notes
Toasty, dark berryish aroma, advanced grape ripeness without botrytis, very ripe blackberry, elderberry pulp, peppery notes, liquorice, mint. On the palate rich viscosity forms the background for an immensely dense tannin load. Ripe, artisanal, noble tannin.
