In the attractive aroma there is ripe yellow apple, white pear, savoury, fine yeast. On the palate it is taut and leanly built with lively, apple acidity, emphatically dry. Soft texture, smooth concentration, neat phenolics, slightly peppery. Far from Gutedel classic.
