Small red berries, slightly floral, somewhat "wild" in undertones. Well-extracted, quite classic wine: harmonious, well-juiced tannins - not too crumbly and showing the Ripasso character, but still allowing the fruit to take precedence. Ripe, well-integrated acidity. With pasta e faglioli or rabbit.
