Tasting Notes
The archetypal gooseberry scent of a New Zealand sauvignon blanc emanates from the glass with great intensity, along with notes of nettle and elderflower. In the mouth, the wine has a pithy acidity, a rather light body and extract, and a touch of carbonic acid that further emphasises the wine's freshness.
