Pale lemon yellow with silver reflections. Delicate aromas of Granny Smith apple, white currant, meadow herbs and a hint of yeast. Medium-bodied on the palate, delicately creamy with a soft acidity and a unique finish, which is due to the exceptional grape varieties of the region.
