Tasting Notes
It has a dark, bright ruby red colour with a shimmering core. There is a delicate plum flavour on the nose, along with a fine earthy note, a hint of fumé, and after a little while some fine cherry and discreet fleshy nuances. On the palate it has tightly woven tannins and a juicy salty fruit core, showing a fine balance between acidity and tannins. It has good drive, is harmonious and has an elegant finish.
