Tasting Notes
From vines over 50 years old: bright medium golden yellow, silver reflections. Delicate wood savouriness, a touch of honey and celery, ripe mango, mineral touch, subtle almond note. Perfectly matured on the palate, salty and taut, hint of ripe tropical fruit underneath, slight nutty touch, shows much more terroir than fruit, great length, seems light on its feet on the finish, great food wine, considerable further ageing potential. (2021 - 2040).
