Tasting Notes
Balsamic, ripe fruity, peppery. Menthol. On the palate, the wine has a flinty base, very dense, fine-grained tannins, the concentrated acidity accompanies the vivid extract for a very long time. A powerful wine, immensely dense, also mineral-tinged, but the slightly dry palate structure is also slightly influenced by the heat of the vintage.
