Raisin, mint and sage candy, redcurrant, malt, a finely nuanced maturity. On the palate the wine flows juicy and elegant, clearly salty, very fine tannin in a firm quantity meets a subtle spiciness and a not over-accentuated suppleness, in the finish more and more mineral extract builds up, like rock dust in a slightly oily phase. A very subtle wine.
