Tasting Notes
Very closed on the nose, with some peppery notes and juniper coming through. On the palate there's some sticky tannins that build to a light graininess, alongside juicy acidity and a lot of mineral vibrancy - much needed alongside viscous alcohol. Manages to achieve high density without being massive. The palate aromatics are similarly closed as the nose, but hint at great ageing potential.
