On the nose, sweet yellow fruit aromas redolent of apricot, peach, pear and pear pulp, with a hint of candy floss. The palate is full-bodied and juicy, with a strong, firm structure, and good substance, ripe acidity and notes of pear and a hint of quince, with a fine spice that lingers onto the finish. A good choice with poultry and fish.
