Salmon orange in colour. Some caramel, baked quince. The palate has fullness, drive, suppleness, shows the southern provenance with richness and texture. The acidity remains fine and carries well. A rather individual rose that is well suited for gastronomic use (stuffed tomatoes, grilled aubergine, Caponata).
