Red fruit (raspberry in particular) is underpinned by fine smoke, yellow fruit, gooseberry and yeast on the nose. The palate reveals a grown-up and cultivated Blanc de Noir with substance, texture and fine phenolic grip and spice. The acidity is well integrated, leaving a delicate and mineral impression.
