Tasting Notes
A subtle nose speaks as much of dried corn husk as of chalky limestone, bright citrus is merely there to let these first impressions shine. A hint of melted butter creeps in with air. The palate is concentrated and shows even more of that limestone depth but brings ripest lemon to the fore. This is fresh and poised, yet rich. There is something serene and profound that takes this to another level. Drink 2025-2040. A.K.
