The red wine Barolo DOCG Boiolo, vintage 2016 from the winery Malvirà has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Barolo in Italy.
Elegant, bright ruby red. Very open-hearted on the nose, with notes of ripe cherries and ripe plums, underpinned by a hint of walnut, with an aftertaste of dried figs. Expressive on the palate with ripe fruit, spreads beautifully across the palate, with tightly woven tannins and a rich arc, long finish.
