Tasting Notes
Bright ruby red colour with a brighter rim. Open, fragile fruit on the nose, reminiscent of raspberry, followed by hibiscus and rose petal. Elegant and delicate on the palate, animating and full of tension, gripping, fine-grained tannins, vibrant acidity, salty, persistent finish.
