The red wine Barolo DOCG Boiolo, vintage 2019 from the winery Malvirà has been rated in 2023 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Bright ruby red with garnet glimmer. Red currants, eucalyptus and a hint of sealing wax on the nose, discreetly leathery. On the palate there are notes of sour cherries and raspberries, starts with lots of juice, vivid tannin, animating acidity, spicy, persistent finish.
