The red wine Langhe Nebbiolo DOC, vintage 2020 from the winery Malvirà has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Shiny, dark ruby. Ripe cherries on the nose, underpinned by rich savouriness, subtle fine oak, echoes of grilled bell peppers and violets, constantly turning in the glass. On the palate with dark berryish, savoury fruit, plus fine earthy components, beautiful juiciness, finishing on slightly drying tannins, has a lot of character.
