Tasting Notes
Sparkling, intense ruby with a slight violet tinge. Rich, fleshy fruit notes of mulberries and blackberries, also earthy notes of beetroot and some cardamom. Very precise on the palate, juicy, clearly defined fruit, again lots of mulberries, some cassis, unfolds with fine-meshed tannins.
