Radiant, bright straw yellow. Opens on the nose with creamy tones, young quince, ripe pear, a touch of hay, hint of graphite. On the palate great acid nerve, stretches elegantly over the tongue, very powerful and salty, clear fruit, really harmonious, on the finish salty again with nice citrus notes.
