Tasting from 21.11.2019: Gerhild Burkard, Benjamin Herzog, Othmar Kiem, Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Simon Staffler

Very bright, brilliant straw yellow. Shows up on the nose with notes of freshly squeezed grapefruit, slightly salty-smoky, some white flowers, inviting. Equipped with great juiciness on the palate, tightens up nicely, good play of fruit and acidity, precise and clear on the back end.
