Strong golden yellow colour. Fine, sweet dried fig fruit, dried apricots, delicate hints of nougat and caramel, white flowers, candied limes. Complex, finely spiced dried plums, racy acid structure, salty minerality, well-integrated honey touch on the finish, very good length, great future and certain ageing potential.
