Bright colour with a very grown-up appearance towards the rim. Fragrant and open: orange blossom, rose, strawberry confit, sweetened black tea. In the mouth, the wine initially appears slender and almost light-bodied, but then shows a slight creaminess and slowly increasing tannin, the finish has a complex, "wild" aroma. Original and certainly very exciting as a food companion.
