Avocado honey and roasted macadamia nut on the nose - this is a very ripe Pinot Gris. There's some power in the mouth, with an acidity that begins rather ripe and then increases to a certain pithiness when allied to the dry phenolics. Needs food, perhaps a grilled scallop.
