Tasting Notes
Pale golden. Buttery aroma, curry-like savouriness and Burgundy berries, very subtle wood. Good tension on the palate with an incipiently ripe, melted palate structure that gets its freshness impulses from chalky-mineral tones. Now at a wonderful point of maturity - but should remain at this level for three to five years.
