Dense and savoury on the nose, yellow peach, candied pineapple, lemons, orange peel, sage, lemon balm, white nougat. Mature on the palate with good substance and low alcohol, textured, well-integrated phenolics, ripe acid vein and mineral undertones, good length.
More about the tastingSpicy wood meets citrusy character of the grape, one finds notes of orange but also some oyster shell. On the palate, the wine reveals a structure framed and rounded by the barrel, marked phenolics, mineral hints and ripe acidity give length.
