Tasting Notes
Light orange in colour. On the nose: lots of honey, quince, a late harvest fruit. Also a hint of tertiary. On the palate, the wine is leaner than the aroma would suggest, juicy with good acidity and a flavour reminiscent of "Baden gold". Full-bodied on the finish, also mineral-tinged, the fine mousse lingers for a long time.
More about the tastingSalmon pink colour. Nuances of red berries with white grapes undertones emerge from the glass. On the palate, the wine has plenty of volume, ripe acidity and sweetness that supports the fruit. The sparkling wine is fresh, with a long and intense finish.
