Strong brick red, good color core, broad ochre rim. Clear notes of ripeness on the nose, delicately oxidative dried fruit notes, figs and dates, autumnal aromas dominate, honey notes, fine herbal spice. Full-bodied on the palate, chocolaty nuances, elegant and round, perfectly balanced, much fresher than the bouquet suggests, finesse-rich acid structure, delicate hints of raisins and roasted plums, remains very persistent, extract-sweet finish, has reached its first peak.
