Tasting Notes
Medium ruby garnet, violet reflections, broad watery rim. Fine, sweet honey touch on the nose, inviting dark berry aromas, precise and clear, fine vegetal spice. Corpulent on the palate, fine nuances of roasted plums, present tannins that shape the wine, is very well balanced, appears rather light-footed despite the high alcohol content, a pleasant acidity accentuates the fruit, fine extract sweetness in the finish, good length, still very young, still needs more bottle ageing, an ideal companion for powerful dishes.
