The red wine Cannubi Barolo DOCG, vintage 2007 from the winery Michele Chiarlo has been rated in 2011 with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Barolo in Italy.
Sparkling ruby with garnet rim. Very intense and dense nose, rich aromas of ripe plums, cherries, cloves and some leather. Round and full-bodied on the palate, spreads out with pithy, dense tannins, beautiful, clear berry fruit, lingering and salty on the finish.
