Medium straw yellow. Fine, matured nose with notes of roasted hazelnuts, ripe citrus fruit, nougat and butter pastry. The palate is carried by a fine mousse with a nice interplay of texture and fresh acidity. Medium-long, juicy finish with nutty and ripe citrus notes.
