Notes of plum, sour cherry and blackberry on the nose. Surrounded by a profound spiciness with notes of allspice, bay leaf and pepper. Elegant on the palate, with beautiful acidity and texture, dark fruit as well as plenty of savouriness. Fine-grained tannins and a long finish on plum.
