This has aromas of dark fruit, with prune, blackberry, and cassis, as well as intense toasty notes, mocha, some leather, and herbal hints. It is powerful and broad on the palate, yet elegant thanks to the ripe acidity. Again there is dark fruit, along with ripe tannins, and subtle toasty notes on the juicy finish.
