This has an aroma of ripe citrus fruit on the nose, as well as smoky and yeasty nuances, green apple, subtle light stone fruit, and a discreet honey note. It is fresh on the palate, with flavours of blossom and apple notes, and a fine harmonious mousse. It is pleasantly dry, and again smoky on the long finish, and it ends with some apple notes.
