Fresh, elegant citrus aromas on the nose. Notes of pomelo, yuzu and grapefruit, hints of honey, roasted nuts, yeasty and floral nuances. Juicy acidity and subtle phenolics grip on the palate. Harmonious mousse and a long, mineral finish.
