Tasting Notes
Clear, rich ruby with light purple. Beguilingly clear and intense nose, initially showing earthy notes, tobacco and beet, then blueberries and cassis, with some rosemary in the background. Shows a lot of rich drive on the palate, lots of ripe fruit, opens with fine-grained tannin and sweet texture, balsamic notes on the long finish, flows quietly and for a long time.
