Tasting Notes
It has a dark ruby colour, with purple reflections, and a delicate bright rim. There is a fresh, appealing nose, showing notes of dark cherry, fresh plum, with a nice spiciness in the background, and lots of clove. On the palate there is plenty of juicy fruit, of blackberry and and dark cherry, opening with vivid robust tannins, and it has a strong chocolaty flavour on the finish.
