The red wine Morellino di Scansano DOCG, vintage 2016 from the winery Morisfarms has been rated in 2018 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Merlot, Syrah from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Intense, powerful purple with a slightly brightening rim. Fragrant and compact nose of ripe black berries, forest fruits, dried rose petals. Crisp on the palate with lively acidity, supple in itself, fresh fruit in the mid-palate, simple but correct.
