Dark ruby, purple reflections, subtle ochre rim. Aromas of ripe plum and nougat, underlaid with notes of red berry confit and candied mandarin zest. Juicy on the palate, notes of red berries, hints of cranberry and sweet red cherry compote, a subtle sweetness at the core and a mineral finish. A balanced food wine.
