The white wine »Opus K Cuvée Prestige« trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Neverland Vineyards has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Weißburgunder, Grauburgunder, Scheurebe from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Apple peel, smoke, citrus fruit and dried apricot aromas. Soft and velvety on the palate with finely chiselled acidity, followed by a smooth and velvety unfolding extract, very fine phenols, salty, mineral tones. Fine nuanced interplay between components!
