The red wine »Schwarze Sonne« Cuvée trocken, vintage 2016 from the winery Neverland Vineyards has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 93+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Blauer Portugieser from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Finely nuanced and multi-layered aroma, freshly roasted coffee bean, smoked red pepper, cassis, sloe, juniper, dill, dried mint. Juicy and fresh in the mouth with vivid fruit, closely interwoven with savouriness, fine-grained tannins and lively acidity bundle power and provide structure.
