The white wine »Vom Kalkmergel Class A« Grauburgunder trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Neverland Vineyards has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grauburgunder from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Walnut, some celeriac and mustard flour on the nose, precisely held with a rather firm impression. On the palate, the grape ripeness is phenolically well framed, the wine is dry with a slight salty edge. Extremely versatile at the table.
