Spicy-balsamic bouquet with notes of black pepper, allsavouriness and liquorice. Also plum and wild berry compote as well as ripe cherry. Elegant attack on the palate, ripe acidity, lots of savouriness and dark fruit, plum, cherry, cubeb pepper, fine tannin, long finish.
