Light golden colour. Balsamic wood and tangerine aromas, with a subtle herbal and mineral-spicy accompaniment. In the mouth it is wide, creamy, with layered viscosity; seamless and rounded. The acidity is completely integrated with the rounded body, minerality and the yeasty and savoury background flavours. It has a concentrated, fruity finish. A Burgundian style with a touch of the south.
