Tasting from 17.10.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright, radiant straw yellow in colour. On the nose, clear notes of Sauvignon - flint, lime and grapefruit, plus some salty components. Very juicy and very salty on the palate, which spreads beautifully over the tongue then breaks down a little at the back. A great aromatic food companion.
