Tasting from 11.07.2019: Benjamin Herzog & Dominik Vombach

Ripe bouquet with notes of lemon, dried pineapple and smoky, savoury hints of wood, plus a hint of white toffee. Full-bodied on the palate, very aromatic, with ripe exotic fruit and lemon. Acidity pervades and is elegant. A little too much wood.
