This has lemon and apple aromas on the nose, along with yeasty notes and nougat. It is a little effervescent on the palate, and the dosage is noticeable, and it has a very fine mousse, once again with concise yeast notes, some green apple, and a pastry flavour. It finishes medium to long with a subtle grip.
