Tasting Notes
Medium green-yellow in colour. On the nose, delicate lychee fruit with a subtle smoky undertone, hints of tangerine, delicate exotic fruit and fine floral nuances. The palate is nervy, and very complex, with subtle white fruit, and grippy minerality that develops a Traminer-like spice on the finish which has great length and a subtle note of dark chocolate, great ageing potential.
