Tasting from 18.02.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Brilliant ruby-violet. Opens with pronounced spice notes of cardamom and coriander seed, some bay leaf, then lots of crunchy redcurrant. Hearty, gripping tannins on the palate alongside pithy, well-defined dark berry fruit. Lingers for a long time.
